The incentives are good, training is regular and a prioity, the roster is flexible with reasonable notice, but we’re looking for people we can rely on. Our focus is fashion forward styling, caring for the condition of our clients hair, creating a realxing but rejuvinating experience while visiting our salon.

Apprentice - Salon Support
Apprentices -Full time: Salon Support: Part time (after school/pollytech)

The roster is flexible with reasonable notice, but we’re looking for people we can rely on.
We’ve also found it’ll look good on your resume.
Our Training Academy is the best available in Wellington. The Academy will take you from a salon suporter through to a qualified stylist. Blue Cactus then promotes a continued education program from senior stylist right up to an Artistic Director. We have 3 qualified trainers who run our academy.
Training is available serveral time a week for constant practice and perfecting of skill and techniques. Blue Cactus Academy Scholarships are available (subject to acceptance criteria) so accepted apprentices can complete training without a student loan. Apply today... academy@bluecactus.co.nz
