You should be so utterly proud of your staff, I have never in my 50 years been to a salon where the girls don’t bitch or say negative things, they are always so friendly, hardworking, professional, kind to me and I feel very at ease and not stressed when I am in your Salon. In fact in the short time I have been going to your Salon (possibly a couple of years) your staff have always spoken highly of you and the training etc that goes on behind the scenes.
I love your finer touches of menus, not looking in a mirror, magazines, lovely cups of coffee, tea etc etc.

After having a terrible hair experience, it took me 18 months to walk in to a hair salon. "I just want to say how wonderful my stylist is! From the moment I met her, and talked about what style I was after, I felt that she listened, and knew exactly what I wanted, and also what would suit me. I now trust her judgement so totally that I just agree when she makes suggestions about cut, colour, etc, and she's right every time. She's also absolutely lovely, and a real pleasure to talk to.
I love my experience at Blue Cactus. Having been to previous salons where I was almost invisiblel to the staff, I love it when my stylist or colourist excuses themselves when another staff member needs to speak to them. It's such a simple display of good manners, but so important and very much appreciated. From the moment I walk in the door, to the moment I leave, I'm
taken care of in a warm, friendly manner. The only thing that could possibly make the experience more enjoyable (after a crazy busy day) would be a glass of wine. Shame you'd need a liquor license to supply that, but a girl can dream! Anyway, whatever you're doing, keep doing it. You guys rock!"
"I was going to email you to say what a wonderful experience I'd had on Saturday (3rd Jan). It was my first time at Blue Cactus (having been out of Wgtn for a few years) and I normally hate getting my hair cut - it's never "right", colour is awful etc etc.
I saw Kirsty and she was lovely, did a great consultation to explore what I wanted and suggested a slight lightening in colour (less harsh) and was really helpful with tones for highlights etc. Fabulous and I can't wait for the next 6 weeks to go past so I can come in again. (If you knew me and haircuts you would know this is extraordinary). Thank you.

Well I received great comments last night and this morning regarding my hair. I am so pleased that now when I go to Blue Cactus I have a range of hairdressers that I am comfortable working on my hair (Sonya, Amy & Adele). And we all know how scary it is getting a new stylist.
I have been going to Blue Cactus for years, stopped for a while and found my way back after advising a friend to go and her hair was wonderful. We had a girl’s afternoon with you all, sent another friend with curly hair to Adele (fantastic job) and now another friend is going tonight Daksha.
But the best was as a group being recognised for sending friends, the lovely gift card from you. My girlfriends (Kirsty/Janine) were so pleased and we are now trying to organise another girls afternoon.

Hi Kirsty,
I just wanted to drop you a quick note and say thank you so much to you and the girls for organizing such a wonderful hair and make up experience. We had an absolute blast and the team on Saturday morning were sensational! (both at Blue Cactus and Bobby Brown's). I especially want to thank Corrine who did a flawless job on my hair and I had so many compliments - it required no attention for the whole day (except minor clippings post photos after Wellington's breeze).
We had great support, great company and Wellington turned on the weather to make it a perfect day from start to finish - thank you so much for being part of it and for taking all the stress out of organizing an overseas wedding.
